Fosun International Limited recently announced that ClubMed Lifestyle Group, its subsidiary, has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) for a separate listing on its Main Board. The move marks a significant milestone in the development of Fosun's tourism portfolio.

ClubMed Lifestyle Group is renowned for its premium all-inclusive resorts, with the core brand Club Med leading the way. This brand has achieved impressive growth, becoming the largest in terms of revenue in 2025, and it is noted for its expansive reach across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. As of 2025, ClubMed operates 69 resorts globally, establishing its presence across snow-capped mountains, serene beaches, and unique cultural destinations.

Financial Performance



The financial health of ClubMed Lifestyle Group is notable. Its revenue grew from EUR 1.86 billion in 2023 to EUR 1.95 billion by 2025, alongside a gross profit increase from EUR 540 million to EUR 590 million. The adjusted EBITDA reached EUR 390 million in 2025, indicating solid financial performance with a margin of 20.2%. Future plans suggest an ambitious target of approximately 85 resorts worldwide by 2030, reflecting the group's growth trajectory and market confidence.

Plans Post-Listing



Upon successful listing, the funds raised will primarily be directed towards enhancing its global resort portfolio and improving vacation offerings, including advancements in digital and AI capabilities. The leisure and vacation lifestyle sector is poised for growth, expected to expand from USD 2.5 trillion in 2025 to USD 3.5 trillion in 2030, driven by evolving consumer preferences focused more on leisure experiences than mere sightseeing.
