Jim Smyros: A Proven Leader in Dental Innovation

In his previous role as Vice President of Business Development for Affordable Care, Inc. (ACI), Jim Smyros played a significant role in the growth of that organization. Notably, he co-founded the Advanced Dental Implant Center (ADIC) consumer brand while also spearheading the acquisition of 29 specialty dental practices. Under his leadership, these initiatives resulted in substantial revenue growth for the company. Additionally, Jim was instrumental in developing Fixed Secure™, a cost-effective full-arch solution that dramatically impacted revenue during its launch year.

As the former Senior Director of Implant Services at ACI, Jim's leadership was crucial in the rebranding of the company from Affordable Dentures to Affordable Dentures and Implants. This transition positioned ACI as a recognized leader in both the denture and implant markets. His experience helped expand implant services across 430 practices nationwide, and he founded various innovative programs such as Clinical Pathway™, Implant Pathway™, and the Roving Implant Specialist Program, which have redefined training and operations for full-arch procedures in the dental service organization (DSO) framework.
