In September 2025, ENGWE, a renowned global brand in electric bikes, unveiled its campaign titled 'Explore a New Way.' This initiative aims to connect cyclists from around the globe and promote innovation within the e-biking community. As part of the campaign, five fortunate riders were randomly selected to embark on an all-expenses-paid trip to China, where they had the opportunity to engage firsthand with the spirit of ENGWE.
The selected riders were not only joined by their peers but also by two invited influencers who shared their experiences with their audiences, providing unique insights into the journey. Throughout their stay in China, participants had the chance to delve deep into ENGWE's vision while interacting directly with engineers, designers, and service experts behind the brand’s innovations. At ENGWE’s headquarters and R&D center, they explored the design philosophy that drives the company, examined product testing procedures, and learned about quality control processes fundamental to models like the Engine Pro 3.0 Boost.
One participant expressed their enthusiasm by saying, "The lab is so cool; I loved seeing how the team tests the products." This highlights the excitement generated by the hands-on experience. Participants were also engaged in assembling electric bikes alongside the product team, testing them in real urban environments, and offering feedback on after-sales services. ENGWE took this opportunity to present upcoming customer service improvements aimed at enhancing user experience.
As the first group of 'global experience riders' for the brand, these individuals were given exclusive insights into future ENGWE models and engaged in valuable discussions with the R&D team. Besides exploring ENGWE’s innovations, the campaign also allowed attendees to experience cultural and technological landmarks in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, from drone food deliveries to encounters with giant pandas, reflecting each city's vibrant blend of innovation and creativity.
The theme 'Explore a New Way' encapsulates ENGWE's commitment to adventure and innovation, encouraging participants to discover new possibilities while strengthening bonds through shared experiences and rides. An ENGWE spokesperson noted that this initiative is a significant milestone not only for the brand but also for the entire electric bike industry, being the first time a manufacturer has invited users worldwide to visit its headquarters and the Engwe tour site.
