Salted Hormone Yaki Donburi on
August 27, 2025. This dish follows the immense success of the Hormone Donburi, which was the top-selling menu item among nine limited-time options offered earlier in March 2025.
This latest creation is a testament to the brand's commitment to innovation while staying true to the flavors that fans adore. Unlike previous hearty preparations that featured a rich miso sauce, this rendition is lightened with a delicious salt sauce, perfect for the lingering summer heat.
What’s Inside the Dish?
The Salted Hormone Yaki Donburi is crafted from
120g of pork diaphragm marinated and slowly simmered in a specially prepared sauce, then stir-fried with boiled cabbage to enhance its flavor with a delightful char. To elevate the taste experience, Meat Rice Okamoto has introduced its original spicy miso, made with red miso and chili for a unique kick, allowing diners to enjoy a new twist on the classic.

In addition to the Salted Hormone Yaki Donburi, the grand menu set to launch on

Beef Tendon Curry and its premium version,
