Lansinoh® Announces New Leadership Transition with CEO Appointment

Lansinoh® Announces New Leadership Transition

Lansinoh®, a recognized pioneer in maternal care and infant feeding for over 40 years, is ushering in a new chapter with the appointment of Julie Talbot as the Global Chief Executive Officer. This transition, effective April 1, 2026, marks a significant moment for both the brand and its leadership legacy, as Talbot succeeds Kevin Vyse-Peacock, who has devoted 25 remarkable years to Lansinoh.

Kevin Vyse-Peacock joined Lansinoh in 2001 and has been an instrumental figure in its evolution, initially establishing the company's presence in Europe. Under his stewardship, Lansinoh has substantially grown its global footprint, witnessing an impressive 300% growth throughout his tenure. Vyse-Peacock's leadership is characterized by a commitment to innovation and an unwavering focus on fulfilling the needs of parents. He expressed pride in helping over 200 million mothers worldwide maintain their breastfeeding journeys, establishing a brand grounded in integrity and empathy.

As Vyse-Peacock steps back from day-to-day operations, he aims to focus on mentoring similar purpose-driven businesses while decreasing his extensive international travel. In a heartfelt farewell, he stated, “Lansinoh has been a defining chapter of my life... I leave Lansinoh stronger than ever, with a clear purpose and a deeply capable leadership team.”

Taking the helm, Julie Talbot has served as the President of North America, where she led transformative changes in Lansinoh's marketing strategy and innovation approach. Talbot's time at the company has been marked by the introduction of a diverse range of supportive initiatives, including in-house consumer care led by real mothers and certified lactation consultants. Her experience in strategic brand positioning equips her uniquely to guide Lansinoh into its next era.

Ryou Yano, President and CEO of Pigeon Corporation, Lansinoh’s parent company, praised Vyse-Peacock’s transformational leadership and highlighted Talbot’s ability to connect authentically with the Lansinoh community as a mother herself, positioning her as the ideal successor. Under Talbot’s leadership, Lansinoh will unify its global vision while honoring its heritage as a mom-founded, women-led brand.

In her acceptance speech, Talbot expressed her excitement about leading Lansinoh, saying, “This is a brand that supports families through some of the most vulnerable... moments of their lives. I look forward to stewarding Lansinoh's global growth while ensuring we continue to lead with empathy...”

With a commitment to science-backed innovation and empathetic support models, Talbot plans to apply her successful strategies used in North America to the global landscape. This includes expanding parental support tools and innovation to simplify the complexities of parenthood.

Lansinoh continues to innovate and evolve its product offerings, staying true to its mission of supporting families. With its range of products, including the award-winning Lanolin Nipple Cream, Lansinoh caters to the needs of mothers and babies across over 60 countries worldwide.
