The beloved "Aged Sangen Pork Loin Katsu" is getting a seasonal twist with the addition of a Tsukimi-style tororo. To perfectly enjoy this katsu, Saboten suggests pairing it with a flavorful tororo made with umami-rich dashi. The dish is designed to enhance your eating experience, encouraging diners to mix the tororo with the katsu for a rich, creamy flavor.

The new tororo sauce is not only delightful when paired with the katsu, but it also pairs beautifully with rice, adding an extra layer of taste to your meal.
