KYCC Launches a New Function for Automatic Matching of Blacklist and Compliance Checks

KYCC Unveils Innovative Blacklist Matching Feature

KYC Consulting Co., Ltd., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, and led by President Naomasa Hineri, has announced the launch of a new feature called the "Blacklist Function" for its compliance check tool, RiskAnalyze. Starting in July 2025, this feature will allow companies to automatically match their own transaction refusal lists—comprising past trouble instances and individuals to be wary of—with the screening results provided by RiskAnalyze. This capability aims to enhance the visibility and management of internal risks that may not be identifiable through publicly available information, thereby strengthening a company’s crisis management system, which has often relied on individual discretion.

Overview of the Blacklist Function

The "Blacklist Function" enables companies to register and manage their self-curated data on transaction refusal targets, contract termination histories, and hiring rejection lists within the RiskAnalyze system. In addition to the standard screenings done by RiskAnalyze—which include checks against violent organizations, historical criminal records, slander claims, and litigation information—user companies can now automatically cross-reference their own refusal data with the information of potential subjects. If there’s a match, it will be displayed on the risk information alert screen.

Possible Use Cases
  • - Reuse Industry: Detecting individuals who have previously committed fraud or impersonation upon their return.
  • - Staffing Industry: Preventing reapplications by candidates previously halted for contract violations or false statements.
  • - Finance and Lending Sectors: Reflecting past debt troubles in credit judgment by referring to internal records.
  • - E-commerce/Matching Platforms: Preventing re-registration of previously rejected users under different names.

Interface Features

Companies can upload their customer and corporate transaction refusal lists in bulk using CSV format. Once registered, risk information will be displayed alongside standard risk indicators in the confirmation screen, facilitating a more efficient verification process.

Benefits of Implementing the Blacklist Function

  • - Centralized management of corporate refusal information within RiskAnalyze.
  • - Reinforcement of internal criteria to ensure that potential threats are not overlooked.
  • - Enhanced efficiency of cross-departmental checks involving legal, HR, and accounting divisions.

KYCC remains committed to supporting healthy corporate growth and the establishment of social trust through function development that resonates more closely with practical needs.
