Tomotaka Akazawa (Be&Do)
Tomotaka Akazawa is the Director of Business Development at Be&Do. He realized the potential of positive leadership during his time as a baseball team captain, where he learned the importance of motivation over control for effective team management. Akazawa joined Be&Do after gaining experience in project sales at a recruitment support company and is focused on elevating psychological capital in organizations. He is also active in promoting anger management methods in his community.
Kazuma Endo (B-Connect)
Kazuma Endo began his career as a retailer consultant before working with Nojima Group to advance the management and sales strategies for their staff. He joined Rakuten Mobile, where he was responsible for training and development frameworks for 3,000 staff members. In 2023, he earned his MBA from Globis University and is now working with B-Connect to foster data-driven solutions for HR development.
