2025 Japanese Management Quality Award: Celebrating 11 Organizations Transforming Customer Value

2025 Japanese Management Quality Award Winners Announced



On December 16th, the Japanese Management Quality Award Committee, led by Chair Professor Takahiro Fujimoto from Waseda University, revealed 11 organizations recognized for their transformative efforts aimed at enhancing customer value. This year's awards carry special significance as they mark the 30th anniversary of the award's establishment, with a cumulative total of 57 organizations having received the prestigious grand prize since its inception.

The Japanese Management Quality Award was founded with the objective of enhancing productivity and fostering customer value management to strengthen international competitiveness. Each year since 1996, it has selected deserving organizations for recognition. In the 2025 cohort, two organizations received the Grand Prize, four earned the Excellence Award, one was recognized with the Encouragement Award, and four organizations were newly honored with the Management Design Practice Award, totaling 11 awardees.
