DeLille Cellars Opens 'DeLille En Ville'

DeLille Cellars, a prominent name in Washington's wine landscape, has officially opened the doors to its newest venture, 'DeLille En Ville'. Located in the vibrant University Village of Seattle, this highly anticipated restaurant and wine shop celebrated its soft opening on September 12, 2025, and will continue with a grand opening weekend from September 19-21.

A Unique Dining Experience

At DeLille En Ville, guests will discover a beautifully designed dining area that caters to various occasions, whether it’s a lively gathering, an intimate dinner, or private functions. With a capacity of 231, the venue features a special Club Room, where patrons can savor curated wine flights accompanied by artisanal light bites in a cozy, speakeasy-like atmosphere.

Moreover, a café and bottle shop offers an enticing menu of freshly prepared dishes and artisanal pastries, complementing an extensive selection of DeLille wines available for on-site enjoyment or takeaway.

Culinary Inspirations

The menu at En Ville draws inspiration from the bountiful offerings of the Pacific Northwest, enhanced by French culinary techniques. Head Chef Eric Anderson highlighted the restaurant's commitment to local sourcing and sustainability, saying, "We view the kitchen as parallel to winemaking—a celebration of our region where excellence is a pursuit, and joy is created and shared. Every moment here should feel significant and memorable."

Exclusive Wine Offerings

To mark the opening festivities, DeLille Cellars has unveiled two limited-edition wines. The exclusive 2023 Red Blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah will be available solely at En Ville, as well as a unique 2023 Upland Syrah offered exclusively at their Woodinville Restaurant Tasting Room.

Reservations are currently being accepted, with hours of operation from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and until 8:00 PM on Sundays. The grand opening weekend promises plenty of reasons to visit, including giveaways, featured pours of vintage DeLille wines, and other enticing surprises.

DeLille En Ville is situated at 4601 26th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105, occupying a spacious 6,700 square-foot area in the prime Southwest corner of University Village. The design and construction of the space were executed by Design Well Spent Company and general contractor Wilcox.
