Support Campaign for Accounting Firms by Suit Up
Introduction to Suit Up
Suit Up, a team task and project management tool operated by Suits Inc. in Tokyo, is launching a special support campaign aimed at accounting firms. This initiative aims to facilitate better management of team tasks and enhance operational efficiency through a free trial period.
About the Campaign
From October 10 to October 17, 2025, Suit Up will offer a unique opportunity for three selected accounting firms to get direct guidance from Yusuke Komatsu, the CEO of Suits Inc. This campaign will allow these firms to explore the capabilities of Suit Up's task management tool while receiving expert advice on how to integrate it into their daily operations.
Firms interested in this support should fill out a contact form, clearly stating their desire to participate in the campaign. During the trial period, these firms will better understand how implementing team task management can lead to substantial cost savings. According to our simulations, for a company of 30 employees, daily task checks could spiral into a cost of over 1.19 million yen a month, a burden that can be alleviated through better task visibility and management.
Survey Insights
A recent study by Nulabo also highlighted that current task management methods within companies are primarily individual-focused. Over 31% used email or calendar features, while traditional handwritten notes and business chat applications constituted about 14.3%. Only a small fraction, about 11.7%, leveraged dedicated task management tools, signaling a significant opportunity for Team Task Management solutions like Suit Up.
Thus, we're launching this campaign to encourage firms, particularly SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), to embrace team task management as a crucial step toward improved productivity. Accounting firms play a vital role in supporting client businesses, providing essential services such as bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial analysis. By mastering team task management, these firms can deliver more efficient and practical accounting and tax services.
Benefits of Suit Up
Suit Up is designed to simplify project and task management, enabling teams to visualize their work effectively. With features including task templates and deadline notifications, the tool significantly reduces the chances of overlooked tasks or missed deadlines. We launched an alpha version in September 2023, followed by the beta version in April 2024, which includes advanced functionalities tailored to enhance daily task management.
The pricing model for Suit Up includes a Standard Plan at 1,080 yen per month per user, and a Starter Plan for teams with 10 or fewer users at 500 yen per user. Furthermore, in continuation of the campaign initiated in December 2024, we are waiving initial costs until December 31, 2025.
Conclusion
As we continue to support SMEs and startups in adopting effective task management, Suit Up remains committed to offering innovative solutions through campaigns like this. Our goal is to empower accounting firms with the necessary tools to improve their operational efficiency and become proactive partners in their client's growth.
