On March 11, 2025, Coveo (TSX: CVO), a leader in AI-Relevance, revealed the winners of its coveted Relevance Awards, highlighting organizations that have utilized Coveo's AI-Relevance Platform™ to enhance their digital interactions. This annual recognition honors the businesses that exhibit outstanding innovation and measurable impacts through AI-driven transformations in customer and employee experiences.

The competition featured four distinct categories: the Pinnacle Award, Innovators Award, Impact Award, and Accelerator Award, showcasing a diverse range of successful use cases across industries.

Pinnacle Award


The Pinnacle Award goes to organizations that have demonstrated exceptional business value through Coveo generative AI solutions. Zoom took home the award for revitalizing their support framework with Coveo’s technology, achieving an impressive 20% increase in self-service success, a 2.3x improvement in case deflection, and an 89% decrease in content gaps. Forcepoint also shone brightly by integrating Coveo across its Customer Hub and product experiences, resulting in a 70% self-service success rate and a 27% decrease in case deflection.

Other finalists in this category included Xero, which showcased remarkable results through AI implementation.

Innovators Award


The Innovators Award is aimed at customers leveraging AI to facilitate innovative growth for their stakeholders. F5 emerged victorious for enhancing self-solve capabilities, garnering an 11% rise in self-solve rates and achieving significant annual savings of $480,000. IGM Financial and UKG also distinguished themselves—IGM improved knowledge management across various platforms, while UKG facilitated self-serving for over 80,000 clients, achieving a remarkable 94% self-service rate success in its community.

Deltek and ASQ are noted as finalists for their innovative approaches in this category.

Impact Award


Under the Impact Award, Coveo recognized organizations delivering substantial AI-driven business outcomes. Linde boosted customer satisfaction through improved site search capabilities, reporting a 53% reduction in “no results” searches. Dow experienced a transformational shift in digital engagement, achieving an 85% relevance rate and a 41% click-through rate.

Black Duck and Alation further demonstrated successful implementations by improving internal searches and unifying knowledge discovery across platforms. Candidates for this award also included Medallia, Extreme Networks, and International Motors.

Accelerator Award


The Accelerator Award is dedicated to Coveo’s partners who have showcased exceptional value and expertise in AI application. ADI Global Distribution and Perficient stood out for enhancing search functionality, cutting down null searches to just 3% and greatly uplifting the user experience and conversion rates.
