Maureen Ladouceur's impressive career began at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where she worked as a registered nurse. This clinical background provides her with invaluable insights into the operational realities faced by healthcare providers. Transitioning from nursing into healthcare technology, she brings a unique perspective that blends clinical expertise with commercial strategy. Most recently, Ladouceur was an Operating Partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a prominent private equity firm that focuses on healthcare and technology sectors. In this role, she was instrumental in advancing commercial excellence across the healthcare portfolio, showcasing her ability to enhance operational performance and drive results.
Prior to her tenure at WCAS, she held the position of President at Norstella, a leading pharmaceutical intelligence provider. Here, she successfully built the commercial organization from inception, leading it through numerous acquisitions and significant global growth. Ladouceur's career is characterized by a data-driven approach and a client-first mentality, consistently achieving year-over-year growth. Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Penn State University.
