Sedron has recently secured a strategic partnership with Synagro, paving the way for a regional biosolids upcycling facility in Indiantown, Florida. This collaboration aims to target municipalities in South Florida that are striving to lower their biosolids disposal costs and manage contaminants more effectively. Construction for this project is set to begin this spring, with commissioning expected in 2028, while a groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for April 23.

In addition, Sedron's Agriculture Upcycling division processes dairy manure into clean water and organic fertilizers. This not only helps farmers reduce manure management costs but also prevents nutrient runoff and methane emissions, making it a sustainable alternative for agriculture. One notable project in Fair Oaks, Indiana turns waste from a large-scale cow operation into thousands of tons of organic fertilizer annually, and another facility in Wisconsin is expected to start commercial operations imminently.
