According to the 2025 Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Report, which surveyed over 3,300 IT professionals and end-users globally, tech disruptions are costing companies millions each year in lost productivity.

A troubling finding from the report is that only 21% of office workers believe that AI significantly enhances their productivity. As companies plan to increase their investments in AI over the next three years, the disconnect between expected outcomes and the actual user experience poses a significant challenge.
