At its core, 'one.' is a visual spectacle that employs acrylic spheres elegantly arranged on a liquid crystal display. The resulting visuals refract images to create an intricate, multi-layered effect. The piece dynamically showcases the merging of twelve individual faces, intertwined against a shifting backdrop of landscapes and digital content. This transformation visually encapsulates the beauty of 'co-creation,' emphasizing how connections among individuals can forge new meanings and meanings.

About Akihiko Shimoyama


Akihiko Shimoyama graduated from the University of Tokyo and is well-known for founding CoinOtaku, a leading cryptocurrency media platform in Japan, which he successfully sold for 600 million yen. Currently, as CEO of Senjin Holdings, he focuses on projects that intertwine marketing, art, and regional revitalization. Shimoyama is actively engaged in advanced studies in art and philosophy at both Tokyo University of the Arts and Keio University.
