Assisted Living Locators Hosts the 2025 National Conference to Promote Franchise Growth and Alzheimer's Awareness

Assisted Living Locators 2025 National Conference

Assisted Living Locators, a prominent nationwide senior placement and referral service and part of the Evive Brands family, held its 2025 National Conference from April 28 to 30 at the luxurious Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year's conference, themed "ALLCON Fran Prix National Conference," drew over 100 franchisees aiming to enhance their business knowledge and success.

A Platform for Growth

The annual gathering serves as a pivotal moment for franchisees to network, share insights, and foster collaboration. Felicia Sanders, the brand leader and president of Assisted Living Locators, remarked, "Our annual conference is a cornerstone event for our franchisees, providing a platform to connect, collaborate, and elevate their businesses. This year, we energized and equipped our franchisees with resources aimed at achieving sustained growth and making a real impact."

The three-day conference boasted a variety of breakout sessions, focusing on essential skills for franchise growth, collaboration techniques, and insights from industry experts. One of the highlights was a presentation by keynote speaker Brian Browne, president of Dementia Care Education and esteemed consultant to the Cleveland Clinic. Browne provided practical, research-based strategies intended to enhance dementia care education and improve senior care services across the organization's franchise network.

Fundraising for Alzheimer's

In a notable addition to the agenda, franchisees participated in a fundraising event for the Alzheimer's Association at Octane Raceway on April 29. Dubbed the "High Octane Raceway" night, this event combined adrenaline-pumping kart racing with a charitable purpose. It was a compelling experience, with $10 from every ticket sold going to support families grappling with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

"This event truly encapsulated our franchisees’ spirit, merging passion, energy, and purpose to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families," said Sanders. "We are immensely proud to unite our network behind such a vital cause."

Recognizing Excellence

Wrapping up the conference was an awards ceremony that acknowledged franchisees for their remarkable contributions and successes within the Assisted Living Locators network. Award categories included:
  • - Franchisee of the Year: Marcus and Chrissy Moser from Naples, FL
  • - Rising Star of the Year: Danelle Neudecker from Bloomington, MN
  • - Rookie of the Year: Kailee Olson from Duluth, MN
  • - Most Improved Franchise: Jennifer McAndrews from Annapolis, MD

Through initiatives like this conference, Assisted Living Locators continues to lead the charge in setting industry standards for senior care, offering vital guidance and support to families as they navigate options for in-home care, independent retirement, assisted living, and memory care.
