The Insurance Clinic's Smile Project 2025: Bringing Joy to Children Through Health Check-Ups and Social Media

The Insurance Clinic's Smile Project 2025: Aiming for Children's Smiles

This year, the Insurance Clinic (保険クリニック®), celebrated for its commitment to social contributions, kicks off its ninth annual Smile Project starting September 29, 2025, which coincides with the nation's "Insurance Clinic Day." With a noble vision to brighten the future of children, this initiative encourages clients to participate in periodic insurance health check-ups (a thorough analysis of their insurance policies) and also engage in social media activities. By doing so, the Insurance Clinic promises to donate a portion of the contributions to the non-profit organization, the Japan Clinical Clown Association, based in Osaka.

The Purpose Behind the Smile Project

The Insurance Clinic has adopted the theme of “A Bright Future for Children” in all its social initiatives. The dedicated consultants at each of its 297 storefronts across the country aim to provide peace of mind to clients through reliable insurance advising. They understand that simply buying insurance policies isn't sufficient to ensure a brighter future for children. As such, the Smile Project aims to bring joy to children who may face severe health challenges that limit their ability to play and learn. This noteworthy cause connects the community and nurtures positivity among young ones, encouraging a fulfilling childhood experience despite their struggles.

Understanding Insurance Health Check-Ups

The Insurance Clinic’s health check-up service provides a visual representation of one’s current insurance coverage, indicating the durations and amounts of protection in an easily digestible format. If a client holds multiple insurance policies, these can be aggregated into a single view, offering clarity on various coverage aspects. Following the analysis, consultants will carefully explain the results to ensure clients are adequately protected.

Celebrating Insurance Clinic Day Annually on September 29

The aim of establishing Insurance Clinic Day was born out of a desire to educate the public on the importance of choosing the right insurance policies. Officially recognized by the Japan Memorial Day Association in 2014, this day serves as a reminder of the importance of regular insurance health assessments. Just like regular medical check-ups are crucial for maintaining health, periodic insurance reviews are essential to ensure that one’s policies are still suitable for their current life situation.

Insights from Insurance Health Check-Ups

Survey insights conducted among individuals aged 20 to 80 who received insurance payouts in the last five years show that 125 out of 400 participants reviewed their insurance. Remarkably, 102 (81.6%) responded favorably, confirming that the review process enhanced their satisfaction and trust in their insurance.

Have you ever felt that an insurance review benefited you? It’s worth considering, as gaining a comprehensive understanding of one’s insurance can significantly elevate peace of mind.
