Boston Society for Architecture Announces Jury for 2025 BSA Design Awards
The Boston Society for Architecture (BSA) has revealed the nine esteemed jurors for its 2025 Design Awards, a program that recognizes excellence and innovation in architecture and design. Celebrating projects that demonstrate creative vision and the transformative power of architecture, this award highlights works that impact communities positively.
The BSA Design Awards is divided into three categories: Built Design, Small Firms, and Unbuilt Planning Design. Each category will be evaluated by a dedicated panel of jurors, ensuring comprehensive feedback and recognition for a variety of project types. The jury composition is designed to bring together diverse disciplines and perspectives, reflecting the rich tapestry of architectural practice across the United States.
The Jury Composition
Built Design and Small Firms Jury
The panel for Built Design and Small Firms includes five highly respected architects:
- - Whitney Johnson, AIA, NOMA, LEED AP BD+C, Project Architect at EOA Architects.
- - Alice Kimm, FAIA, co-founder of John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects (JFAK).
- - Ann Lui, AIA, founding principal of Future Firm.
- - Christiana Moss, FAIA, founding principal of Studio Ma.
- - Brandon Pace, FAIA, founding partner of Sanders Pace Architecture.

Unbuilt Planning Design Firms Jury
The jury for Unbuilt Planning Design consists of four prominent figures in the field:

- - Chana Haouzi, AIA, founder of Architecture for Public Benefit.
