Qatar Museums' Tasweer Photography initiative has officially announced an open call for submissions as part of its Years of Culture program. This initiative, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State's Art in Embassies program, aims to celebrate the spirit and unity that emerged during the memorable FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

Under One Sky is set to be a remarkable traveling showcase scheduled to launch in early 2026 across various Qatari embassies in Washington D.C., Ottawa, and Mexico City. This coincides with the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026™, mirroring a spirit of camaraderie that transcends borders.
The exhibition seeks to encapsulate the friendships and emotional connections shared by fans, showcasing their unforgettable moments through powerful photography and personal narratives. Submissions and Categories
The open call is open until
January 11, 2026, closing at 11:59 PM Doha time (UTC+0300). Photographers aged 18 and older from around the globe are encouraged to participate, regardless of their experience levels. Each participant can submit one image in JPEG or TIFF format, with a minimum resolution of 3000 pixels on the longest side, weighing between 3–8 MB.

A distinguished panel of expert jurors will review the submissions, selecting 50 to 70 images for display across the three host countries. The top 5 entries from each category will receive a prize of USD 500.
