Minerva Foods has reported an extraordinary net revenue of R$13.9 billion in the second quarter of 2025, marking a staggering increase of 81.6% compared to the same quarter in the previous year. This growth positions Minerva as a leader in the global food industry and consolidates its status as the largest beef exporter in South America.
Financial Highlights
The financial results reflect a strong demand and strategic advancements within the company. The net profit for this quarter reached R$458.3 million, setting a new record for the company. Additionally, the EBITDA soared to R$1,302.5 million, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 9.4%. This indicates not only significant revenue growth but also improved operational efficiency. The company’s gross revenue for Q2 amounted to R$14.7 billion, with exports contributing to a substantial 60% of this total. Over the past 12 months, Minerva's consolidated net revenue was R$44.3 billion, reflecting a 57.8% increase compared to the preceding year.
Moreover, the integration of newly acquired assets has progressed remarkably, leading to a 50% increase in sales volumes and a robust 104% rise in revenue from the previous quarter.
