About the Author
Kaoruko Mizuno graduated from Gakushuin University with a degree in English and American literature. She is the representative of Viakaurokoko Co., Ltd., having been inspired by the jewelry of French contemporary art master Georges Braque to pursue a career in jewelry design. Since 1988, she has held numerous solo exhibitions in Japan and Italy. In 2025, she will have two works permanently displayed at the Accorsi-Ometto Museum. Mizuno is also a member of the Japan Jewelry Designers Association and the head of the Athena Jewelry Design Institute.
