NEST LAB. Launches an Online Space Entrepreneurship Course
In a pioneering initiative aimed at inspiring the next generation of innovators, NEST EdLAB, located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, has announced the launch of its online program, "Entrepreneurship Major: Space Utilization Course," for elementary and middle school students. Set to commence in September 2025, this course will feature accomplished leaders from the space industry who will engage students in experiments and discussions centered on space exploration and business.
Course Overview
The "Entrepreneurship Major (ES)" program at NEST LAB. is designed for students from the fourth grade to middle school (and even high schoolers) to develop a mindset that embraces challenges and fosters creativity. This online course will run for three months, with sessions held twice a month. In the first session, students will learn about the visionary goals and challenges faced by entrepreneurs, followed by hands-on experiments that allow them to immerse themselves in real-life problems. Students will be assigned missions to collect firsthand data before the next session, where discussions and presentations will take place, encouraging them to think critically about their future.
