Global Beverage and Tea Trends Explored at FHC Shanghai 2025 Food Trade Show

The 28th edition of the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show is set to take place from November 12 to 14, 2025, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Established as Asia's leading food and beverage trade platform, this exhibition is organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd. In recent years, it has successfully connected over 3,000 exhibitors from more than 100 countries with over 180,000 professional buyers, fostering valuable business relationships across the globe.

Visa Exemption Policy Enhances Global Participation

One significant aspect contributing to the increased attendance is China’s new visa exemption policy. This initiative allows international visitors from 54 countries, including key European and Asian markets, to attend the FHC 2025 without a visa, facilitating business trips of up to 15 days. Exhibitors can benefit from priority access with pre-sent invitations, which includes a 24-hour visa upon arrival at Shanghai’s major ports.

Highlighting Key Innovations in Beverages and Tea

FHC 2025 will feature an expansive area of 200,000 square meters, showcasing 15 key product categories with special attention towards innovations in tea and beverages. Following last year's achievements, which saw attendance of 171,828 visitors and participation from more than 3,000 exhibitors across 50 countries, significant international pavilions from Japan, Singapore, Australia, Spain, the EU, and the United States have confirmed their presence at this year’s event.

This year's exhibition promises to be a hub for global beverage innovation, featuring exciting competitions and forums on beverages, coffee, and chocolate. These platforms will showcase notable creativity and provide insights from founders of brands and industry experts.

Exclusive Access to Premier Buyers and Partnerships

FHC 2025 will introduce an Exclusive Buyer Program, meticulously linking high-profile exhibitors with pre-qualified professional buyers—such as distributors, franchisors, and importers—through specially scheduled one-on-one matchmaking sessions. This strategic approach enhances product selection, channel optimization, and the formation of significant partnerships. Among the participating brands are market leaders in beverages such as MIXUE, CHAGEE, LELECHA, HEYTEA, Chabaidao, and A Little Tea.

A key advantage of this program is the direct access that exhibitors will have to decision-makers from top entities including the Pan Pacific Hotel Group and the Malaysian Association of Chains, as well as other food and beverage associations and hotel groups. This configuration yields over 50 personalized meetings with critical buyers from five-star hotels, restaurant chains, and importers, significantly reducing communication costs, expediting the purchasing process, and fostering essential long-term collaborations.

Anticipation for a Successful Event

The organizers eagerly anticipate welcoming various industry professionals this November at the SNIEC. This platform not only serves to propel the beverage and tea sectors forward but also emphasizes the importance of building connections and partnerships within the food and beverage industry. For any inquiries regarding exhibits or the Hosted Buyer Program, participants can reach out to the provided contact emails.

In summary, FHC 2025 stands as a promising event poised to resonate with innovations in the beverage and tea domains, echoing global trends and fostering collaborations that can redefine industry standards.
