Groupe Adelaïde has confirmed its robust business trajectory with a reported revenue of €495 million for the year 2025, reflecting a 10% increase over the previous year. This performance showcases the resilience of the company's operational model, which has been fortified by various strategic initiatives and consistent market support.

The growth figures are particularly impressive across the company's diverse operations. For instance, their consultancy services generated €344 million, an increase of 9.5%, while their management arm achieved €134 million—up 10%. Moreover, their distribution and subscription segments also flourished, garnering €17 million, which marks a significant 20% growth. This comprehensive expansion underscores the company’s ability to adapt and thrive in a challenging economic environment.

Groupe Adelaïde, now comprising 3,100 employees and boasting an impressive customer satisfaction rate of 88%, has emphasized the importance of customer retention, with a stellar rate of 95%. International markets contribute significantly to the company, accounting for 24% of total revenues, indicative of its growing influence across borders with a striking €5.1 billion in negotiated premiums.

In light of the geopolitical tensions and slow growth rates in many sectors, Gilles Bénéplanc, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Adelaïde, stated, "This performance confirms the robustness of our model and the trust of our clients."

Comprehensive Growth Across All Services


The Groupe's progress is not only a product of its established business model but also a result of significant investment in acquisitions and partnerships. Boasting a holistic approach to insurance brokerage, Groupe Adelaïde has actively pursued growth opportunities—including the acquisition of EBCam in the UK, enhancing its presence in Italy, and increasing stakes in Angelus Courtage and Antoma Courtage.

Both consultancy and brokerage services remain steadfast pillars of the company. For example, Verlingue has shown resilience with €323 million (+3%), where 37% of this revenue comes from international clients, and continues to develop its operations into three distinctive areas. Meanwhile, Angelus Courtage saw remarkable growth to €21 million, an increase of 30%.

Génération has also maintained a strong momentum with €134 million (+10%) in revenues driven by health and long-term care services for its 2.8 million beneficiaries, which translate to €1.9 billion in benefits. Their expansion remains focused on key markets in France and Portugal.

Additionally, their distribution and subscription methods are markedly increasing. Cocoon recorded €14 million (+10%), while Dune soared to €3 million, demonstrating a remarkable 50% growth that can be attributed to innovative digital tools and new strategic partnerships.
