This strategic move underscores her extensive experience and notable contributions to the firm's investor relations team.
In her new capacity, Quick is charged with the crucial responsibility of overseeing all facets of investor relations and reporting. This encompasses managing communications and relationships with investors, along with their financial advisers, while also leading her team's various operations. According to Louis Rogers, the founder and co-CEO of Capital Square, Quick has played a pivotal role in managing a team that services over 9,400 investor accounts with a combined equity value exceeding $3 billion.
Rogers lauded Quick's exceptional leadership skills, noting the challenges involved in maintaining quality service for 113 active funds, including the prompt delivery of thousands of quarterly reports and annual tax packages. He congratulated her on effectively managing these demanding responsibilities.
Donna Quick's journey at Capital Square began in 2016, and she has ascended through various roles in the investor relations department. From being appointed as manager in 2019, to later becoming assistant vice president, and subsequently vice president in 2022, she was elevated to senior vice president in 2023. Her commitment to fostering strong relationships and enhancing the investor experience has significantly influenced Capital Square's mission that prioritizes investor needs.
Before joining Capital Square, Quick amassed extensive experience in customer service and database management, having served as a U.S. marketing manager for Cabletime USA. She also held the position of production manager at Probe Group, LLC, where she contributed to several market research publications and played a noteworthy role in the launch of a prominent publication in the telecommunications sector.
