Basile Bonnier brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in the railway industry. Previously holding various senior positions at renowned organizations such as SNCF and its subsidiaries, Bonnier has significantly contributed to digital transformation and customer engagement initiatives. His tenure includes pivotal roles at OUIGO, SNCF Connect Tech, TGV Intercités, and ITNOVEM, where he focused on enhancing customer experiences and pioneering digital marketing strategies. Most recently, he served as a Director at Sopra Steria Next, advising transportation leaders on expansive digital and business transformation initiatives.
In his new role at Wiremind, Bonnier will oversee the Customer Success department, responsible for implementing solutions and providing professional client services for all Passenger products offered by Wiremind, including CAYZN, CAYZN Tracking, and PAXONE.
