Exclusive TKTS Pop-Up Store Opens in Shinjuku Station

From July 1 to July 31, 2025, a special TKTS pop-up store opens its doors at the Station Concierge East Shinjuku, situated on the first floor of JR Shinjuku Station. This initiative is a collaboration between Long Run Planning, Inc. and East Japan Railway Company (JR East), designed to promote entertainment in the Tokyo area.

The TKTS brand allows visitors to purchase discounted tickets for various live performances, including plays, musicals, traditional Japanese arts such as Noh and Kabuki, musical concerts, sports events, and art exhibitions at prices reduced by up to 50% when purchased one week before the event. Since receiving official endorsement from the Theatre Development Fund, which operates TKTS in New York, Long Run Planning has expanded its operations to ten locations across Japan, including seven in Tokyo, two in Osaka, and one in Fukuoka. The Shinjuku pop-up will be the first of its kind, offering special pricing on tickets you cannot find anywhere else.
