Purpose of the Seminar
Often, people hesitate to think about end-of-life planning because it feels dark and overwhelming. This seminar flips that notion on its head, highlighting how recording one’s preferences and wishes can be seen as crucial as maintaining good nutrition. By utilizing the “Red Notebook,” attendees will learn to compile vital emergency information, enabling them to live life on their own terms.
Background of the Seminar
Since 2020, the Mamorisukun organization has educated over 800 individuals on the necessity of end-of-life notebooks. The prevailing sentiment remains that these notebooks are associated solely with death, leading to a somber atmosphere. However, the focus in this seminar is on living actively and meaningfully.
In collaboration with a Type A Employment Support Facility, this seminar will also cover how one's dietary choices can help maintain health. This dual focus encourages participants to cherish both their bodies and emotions. The workshop intends not just to create a notebook but to foster a community dialogue on overall well-being.
