Kappasushi, a part of the Colowide Group located in Kanagawa Prefecture, is set to introduce the ‘Karashibi Miso Ramen’ series, featuring three distinct options along with tempting side dishes. ‘Kikanbo’, famous for its rich miso ramen infused with the perfect blend of spiciness and numbing sensations, has collaborated with Kappasushi to create this exciting offering.

What is 'Karashibi' Miso Ramen?


‘Karashibi’ translates to the exhilarating combination of “spicy” (Kara) and “numbing” (Shibi), a hallmark of Kikanbo's signature style. This deeply flavorful miso ramen soup has captivated ramen enthusiasts both locally and internationally. The Kappasushi version features their unique thick noodles and comes topped with young corn, artfully roasted to enhance the dish’s delightful aroma.
