Starting from October 1, 2026, it will become compulsory for employers to implement specific measures against customer harassment (known as "Kasu Hara") and sexual harassment targeting applicants. The upcoming webinar aims to provide practical guidance that goes beyond just adding regulations.

After passing the certification exam while still in college, he gained experience in various firms before joining Tsujihongō in April 2015. He specializes in responding to HR-related inquiries and is involved in reviewing employment regulations and contracts, as well as developing and supporting employee evaluation systems.
