11th Annual North Texas Prom Dress Drive
Comerica Bank is set to launch its 11th annual Prom Dress Drive in North Texas, starting February 2, 2026. This charitable initiative invites the community to donate new or gently worn, cleaned formal dresses and accompanying accessories such as shoes, purses, and jewelry. Donations are aimed at supporting local teenagers in need, specifically those connected with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, and Dallas CASA, who may find it challenging to afford formal wear for the prom.

Those interested in contributing can drop off their items at any of the seven participating Comerica Bank locations. The designated banking centers include:
- - Chapel Hill-Tollway: 2560 Dallas Parkway, Plano
- - Forest-Inwood: 5200 Forest Lane, Dallas
- - Lovers Lane-Devonshire: 5647 W. Lovers Lane, Dallas

Drop-off hours for donations will generally be from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to noon on selected Saturdays. Notably, donations at the Mockingbird-Abrams, NorthPark, and Parker-Premier locations will continue until noon on February 28, while the others will only accept items until 5 PM on February 27.
Project Beauty Collaboration
This year, Comerica Bank has partnered with Project Beauty, a program that not only collects dresses but also provides participants with beauty swag bags and complimentary prom-night makeovers, which include hair styling and makeup sessions for one participant from each partnering agency. This collaboration ensures that the local teens not only have the dresses they need but also feel confident and beautiful on prom night.
The Impact of the Drive
Since the inception of this drive in 2015, Comerica Bank has successfully donated 7,390 dresses, including a noteworthy contribution of 800 dresses in 2025 alone. As part of ongoing community outreach, Comerica volunteers will assist with establishing each nonprofit's prom boutique and help teens during the public dress distribution events in March.
This initiative is a vital resource for young people, transforming the prom experience for many who might otherwise not participate due to financial constraints. Across North Texas, thousands of teenagers look forward to this event as they prepare for one of their high school’s most cherished rites of passage.
