The fair is completely free but requires prior registration due to limited capacity of 40 participants. This event is open to high school students, university students, working professionals, and even parents who are interested in sending their children abroad.

The fair will feature seven prestigious English New Zealand member schools, each adhering to stringent quality standards set by the organization. Each school will share what makes them unique, including their top three popular programs and other distinctive offerings.

Attendees can engage in direct consultations with school staff, allowing for personalized guidance on the right school and study plan, along with insights into local sightseeing and living conditions. Japanese interpretation will be available during these consultations.
