Tiana Marbuery Appointed Technical Director at Partner Engineering and Science
Tiana Marbuery, a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), has officially joined Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. as the Technical Director for the ALTA Division. With an impressive career spanning over eight years in land surveying and geospatial services, Marbuery is set to enhance Partner's capabilities in this area. Her role encompasses various critical aspects of surveying operations including project management and technical leadership.
In her capacity, Ms. Marbuery is tasked with overseeing the quality and efficiency of surveying operations for both public and private sector projects. This involves strategic planning, ensuring staff development, managing resources, and maintaining positive client relationships. Importantly, she aims to integrate advanced surveying technologies which should lead to greater accuracy and efficiency in project delivery.

Throughout her career, Marbuery has held leadership positions overseeing survey departments. This experience has equipped her with the skills necessary to manage multidisciplinary teams and field crews effectively. Her expertise includes conducting boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, right-of-way mapping, utility investigations, and construction staking. Additionally, she has played an integral role in various development projects ranging from transportation and infrastructure to environmental and residential initiatives, helping clients navigate through complex surveying requirements.

An academically accomplished individual, Ms. Marbuery holds an Associate of Science degree from York Technical College, graduating cum laude. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and is expected to graduate in Fall 2026. Furthermore, she has plans to pursue her MBA in 2027.
