Celebrating the Unique YEBISU 1TANK Project with a Special Beer Release

YEBISU 1TANK Project: A Unique Collaboration for a Special Beer

In a momentous celebration of innovation and partnership, the YEBISU Brewery in Ebisu has launched an extraordinary initiative named "YEBISU 1TANK." This project marks a significant milestone as it commemorates the first anniversary of the opening of YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO, located in the birthplace of YEBISU beer. It is here that an exclusive creation, a special YEBISU known as "王道の向こうへ" (Oudo no Mukou e), has emerged from a collaborative effort with Suzuran Acupuncture Clinic. This one-of-a-kind beer not only symbolizes a unique brewing experience but also pays homage to a journey of gratitude and future aspirations.

The concept behind this bespoke brew encapsulates a heartfelt message: “A salute of appreciation and future hopes from a president to employees.” It reflects thirty years of dedication and service, infused with the expectation of what lies ahead. Customers at YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO can experience the magic of this project, which allows one fortunate group to purchase a full tank of 1,500 glasses, showcasing a brand-new beer tasting like no other.

On November 16, a memorable celebration was held, gathering the staff of Suzuran Acupuncture Clinic for their 30th-anniversary party at the brewery. The unveiling of "王道の向こうへ" brought an atmosphere filled with laughter and applause, as participants basked in the collective sense of accomplishment and gratitude for everyone involved.

This ambitious project represents the ongoing commitment of YEBISU to push the boundaries of beer craftsmanship while filling the hearts of its customers with enthusiasm and inspiration aimed at generating positive changes in society.

The Journey to Creating the Unique Brew

The YEBISU 1TANK initiative commenced in April, inviting the Suzuran Acupuncture Clinic's team to engage actively in the brewing process. Under the guidance of YEBISU's Chief Experience Brewer, Ryota Ariyuki, the participants learned about various brewing techniques. They crafted every element from hop additions to the final tasting, ensuring the brewing experience was not only educational but memorable. This hands-on involvement allowed them to develop a special bond with the brewing process and yield a unique product that stands as a testament of their shared artistry.

Naoto Tabuchi, president of Suzuran Acupuncture Clinic, expressed his gratitude and joy regarding the collaboration, acknowledging that creating their own beer became an unforgettable experience. With the completion of the beer, approximately 80 cherished individuals were invited to celebrate together at the brewery, reminiscing over shared memories and milestones that have shaped their journey over the past three decades.

Future Endeavors

The YEBISU 1TANK project will not conclude after this year; plans are already underway for next year's activities. This commitment echoes YEBISU's excitement for future collaboration and continuous exploration of beer possibilities. The brewery not only serves exceptional brews but also strives to foster a deeper connection between customers and the evolving narrative of YEBISU beer, enriched by its rich 135-year history.

YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO

YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO, which opened in April 2024, is an innovative venue that provides a comprehensive YEBISU experience in the heart of Ebisu. The facility comprises three distinct areas—a museum dedicated to YEBISU's roots, a working brewery where patrons can connect with the beer's current story, and a taproom for enjoying exclusive brews. Visitors can immerse themselves in YEBISU's unique character and rich narrative while sipping on exclusive beers crafted only at this brewery.

As YEBISU continues its journey to create exceptional experiences, it welcomes everyone to join in and create memories that will last a lifetime.
