His expertise spans underwriting financials for various retail property types, from malls to strip centers, and managing end-to-end sales processes.
Since joining SVN in 2022, Chadwick has been at the forefront of significant retail transactions, including the sale of a vast 950,000-square-foot enclosed mall and a notable 150,000-square-foot power center, among others.
