From a total of 55 completed rental housing buildings with building confirmation certificates by June 2026, 52 buildings met ZEH standards. Out of 55 rental buildings, 52 comply with ZEH levels, broken down into 12 Near-ZEH-M, 28 ZEH-M Ready, and 12 ZEH-M Oriented classifications. Furthermore, according to the Japan Environmental Creation Initiative's ZEH Developer record, 45.2% of ADI's completed projects for the fiscal year 2024 abide by ZEH-M specifications.
