This project marks a significant milestone for Architect Developer (ADI) as it is the first instance of the company leveraging government subsidies under the low-rise ZEH-M promotion initiative. From a total of 55 completed rental housing buildings with building confirmation certificates by June 2026, 52 buildings met ZEH standards. With such innovative housing, tenants can expect reduced utility expenses while enjoying improved living conditions, contributing to the nation's vision of carbon neutrality.

Current ZEH-M Implementation Status


As of December 31, 2025, ADI's confirmed projects showcase a high responsiveness to ZEH standards. Out of 55 rental buildings, 52 comply with ZEH levels, broken down into 12 Near-ZEH-M, 28 ZEH-M Ready, and 12 ZEH-M Oriented classifications. Furthermore, according to the Japan Environmental Creation Initiative's ZEH Developer record, 45.2% of ADI's completed projects for the fiscal year 2024 abide by ZEH-M specifications.
