27 companies from
20 prefectures, offering approximately
100 items that embody the spirit of Japanese hospitality.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of OMOTENASHI Selection, which identifies and promotes outstanding Japanese goods and services. The pop-up market invites visitors to experience the best of Japan, featuring products that include cooling sweets perfect for summer and other traditional items.
On the opening day, a large crowd gathered at the showcase, drawn by various refreshing treats—the perfect antidote to the hot weather. The market attracts both locals and tourists, particularly international travelers keen to explore popular items like
matcha and various
tea products.
Popular offerings include the
Kuzu Bar, a Japanese-style ice bar made from traditional kudzu root, produced by
Mishudo Co. in Kanagawa, along with a range of classic sweets like cheese cakes and cookies.
