Mont Blanc, which originated in Europe, has fused with Japanese culinary culture and evolved over time. This specialty store is dedicated to offering a completely new level of deliciousness, inviting customers to indulge in flavors they never knew existed.

The signature sweet, THE Hakuzan Mont Blanc, exemplifies the concept of “super-melt” Mont Blanc, featuring a rich, velvety chestnut sauce that is so luscious it seems drinkable. This creation captures the essence of its name, which translates to “white mountain” in French, showcasing a stunning white appearance that embodies the beauty of its inspiration.

The dessert is artfully layered with two types of cream: a white chestnut cream infused with the flavor of Japanese chestnuts on the outside, and a rich, rum-scented cream made with European chestnuts.
