The seminar will be led by Akitoshi Hayashi, the Head of the Second Business Succession Department at SBI Tsuji Hongo M&A Corp. Hayashi is a licensed architect, real estate transaction agent, and building management professional. After graduating from graduate school, he gained diverse experience in construction, real estate, and financial consulting before joining Tsuji Hongo Business Consulting. He has been involved in various M&A activities specializing in real estate and construction, as well as asset management companies.
