The grand prize winner will receive a substantial reward of 3 million yen along with a development contract aimed at preparing them for a successful debut in the music industry.

To participate, contestants must login to a JOYSOUND karaoke machine that supports UtaSuki, select their favorite song, and record themselves singing on video. The competition is open to both individuals and groups, regardless of gender. There are no requirements to show one’s face in the video, making it accessible for everyone. All that’s needed is a passion for music, whether it’s singing, songwriting, or any artistic endeavor in the music world.

Important Dates and Stages:

The selection process consists of several stages:

• - Initial Screening: This stage will begin in early October and will involve a thorough document review. Successful candidates will be contacted shortly after.
• - Second Screening: An online singing or presentation evaluation will take place in mid-October.
• - Final Screening: The final evaluation is scheduled for November 23 in Tokyo, where top contenders will showcase their talent live.

Awards and Recognition:

The grand prize includes a monetary award of 3 million yen and a development contract, where SDR will cover related costs (excluding travel expenses). In cases where the grand prize winner is recommended by someone else, the referrer will receive a referral fee of 300,000 yen from the grand prize money.
