DMEGC Solar's INFINITY 3.0 Module Enters Mass Production With 650W Efficiency

DMEGC Solar's INFINITY 3.0: A New Era in Solar Technology

DMEGC Solar has marked a significant milestone in the solar energy sector by announcing the mass production of its groundbreaking INFINITY 3.0 solar module. On January 20th, a convoy of trucks departed from the manufacturer's facility in Lianyungang, China, carrying these state-of-the-art modules that feature an impressive output of 650 watts. This achievement positions DMEGC Solar as a frontrunner in photovoltaic technology, showcasing advanced manufacturing capabilities that set new industry standards.

Innovative Features of the INFINITY 3.0

The INFINITY 3.0 solar module surpasses the currently established industry standards for similar formats, which are typically capped at 635 watts. Thanks to advanced high-density encapsulation, enhanced design technology (DET technology), and refined performance features (PF technology), the INFINITY 3.0 boasts a remarkable conversion efficiency of 24.1%. This represents a significant increase of approximately 15 watts compared to other products currently available on the market.

What makes the INFINITY 3.0 even more compelling is its performance metrics. The module optimizes the polycrystalline silicon layer of its cells, improving light utilization on the backside of the module and thereby enhancing its overall capability. Its bifacial production increases power generation by 5% compared to traditional N-type modules and 10% higher than back-contact (BC) modules. Furthermore, rigorous reliability testing, including TÜV certification and DH2000 moisture and heat tests, affirms the module's durability in harsh environments.

In low-light conditions (200 W/m²), the INFINITY 3.0 exhibits loss rates that are only half that of standard back-contact modules, contributing to a verified increase in overall energy output of 1.71% for outdoor applications. Additionally, the INFINITY 3.0 module reduces balance-of-system (BOS) costs by approximately 1.78% and lowers the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) by about 1.64% in comparison to conventional 635W N-type products.

Sustainability Focus and Future Goals

As the market increasingly emphasizes the longevity and long-term value of solar modules, DMEGC Solar's introduction of the 650W INFINITY 3.0 underlines its commitment to innovation and sustained performance. This cutting-edge product not only raises the bar for photovoltaic modules but also supports the industry transition to more technologically advanced and economically efficient solar solutions.

DMEGC plans to leverage this momentum to further enhance its technology and market reach, aligning with global sustainability initiatives. As the world pivots towards renewable energy solutions, the INFINITY 3.0 could play a pivotal role in shaping the future of solar energy adoption.
