On October 28, 2026, they announced the hiring of Henry Elefter as Managing Director. Elefter joins the Investment Team and will play a critical role as a member of the Investment Committee, strategically targeting growth areas within the firm's essential services sector.

With nearly two decades of investment experience, Elefter brings a wealth of knowledge from across the industrials and business services sector. His previous roles include work at Partners Group focused on North American direct private equity, along with experience at Metalmark Capital and Global Infrastructure Partners. These positions have equipped him with a strong foundation to further enhance Broad Sky's investment strategies.
