Collaboration Goals


The LOI outlines several key objectives that underscore the partnership’s ambition. A primary goal includes testing Space Nukes' nuclear reactor on Space Ocean's satellite to evaluate performance under real mission conditions. This collaboration is also poised to advance broader objectives such as integrating fluid delivery systems with reactor modules and collecting operational data to support the Technology Readiness Level 9 (TRL-9) certification. Additionally, the formation of a Joint Working Group will focus on exploring additional opportunities for space infrastructure and commercial ventures.

Space Ocean is taking significant strides toward building an integrated space logistics platform that will facilitate resource transfer, storage, and delivery beyond Earth orbit.
