W. Terrence Kilroy
Terry Kilroy joins as Senior Counsel and brings with him over 40 years of extensive experience in labor law. His broad expertise encompasses various labor issues, including National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, union campaigns, and collective bargaining negotiations. Notably, Kilroy has played a critical role in resolving significant labor disputes, having advised on many regional strikes, including a notable 10-week trucking and warehouse strike in the grocery sector. Currently, he is advising on a lengthy 14-week trucking strike, showcasing his profound commitment to addressing complex labor challenges.
Beyond his legal prowess, Kilroy has a notable civic engagement record. Recently appointed as an advisor to Senator Josh Hawley on judicial nominations, he also provides insight to Governor Kehoe concerning appointments in Kansas City. His active participation in community boards, including the Police Foundation Board and the Crime Commission of Metro Kansas City, underlines his dedication to both the legal profession and the community at large.
