This holiday season, SOMBREUIL TOKYO, a distinguished French restaurant based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is thrilled to announce the launch of its exclusive Christmas cake collection for 2025. Themed 'Amber Forest', this collection features six delightful cakes that promise to add a touch of elegance to your festive celebrations.

Each of the six cakes, crafted with expertise, are available for pre-order starting November 12, 2025.

1. Gâteau aux Fraises
- Size: 15 cm
- Price: ¥6,000 (incl. tax)
This delightful cake features moist, syrup-soaked genoise layered with creamy pastry cream, and is generously filled with sweet and tangy strawberries. Topped with vibrant berries and a pistachio macaron, it's a festive treat perfect for Christmas celebrations.

2. Gâteau aux Fraises Chocolat
- Size: 15 cm
- Price: ¥6,500 (incl. tax)
A decadent cake combining rich chocolate cream infused with homemade praline, sandwiched with luscious strawberries. Finished with a glossy chocolate glaze and adorned with dark chocolate decorations, this cake is a sumptuous holiday indulgence.

3. Bûche de Noël
- Size: 15 cm
- Price: ¥6,000 (incl. tax)
This classic Yule log is crafted with a moist chocolate soufflé enveloped in a light chestnut mousse. Decorated with meringue designed to resemble firewood, it harmonizes the bittersweet chocolate with the gentle sweetness of chestnuts, creating a memorable festive experience.

4. Gâteau Fromage Rhubarbe

This delightful brioche filled with baked apples, prunes soaked in Armagnac, lemon confit marzipan, and French chestnuts is both comforting and festive. It's bathed in melted butter and dusted with vanilla sugar, ensuring a moist texture and rich flavor.

In addition, these delightful creations will also be available at four wedding venues in the Kansai region, including Ainés Villa Nozze Takaraike and Lu Centifolia Osaka. The cakes will be for sale from November 12, 2025, until December 22, 2025, with pickups from December 23 to December 25, 2025.

As Christmas approaches, SOMBREUIL TOKYO doesn’t just stop at cakes. From December 1 to December 25, a special Christmas course will be offered, complete with festive decorations to welcome guests into an enchanting atmosphere.
