In a strategic move to bolster its financial leadership, BOXABL Inc., a pioneer in innovative modular construction solutions, has appointed two seasoned executives: Larry King as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Heather Clayton as Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). This step comes as the company progresses into a new chapter following its public listing.

Meet the New CFO: Larry King

Larry King joins BOXABL with over 35 years of extensive experience across various sectors, including gaming, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare. His proficiency in finance, accounting, and operations will prove invaluable as the company strengthens its public infrastructure. King’s portfolio includes substantial SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and the transformative management of large operational turnarounds. Previously serving as an independent consultant, he coordinated compliance and financial reporting for a multi-property gaming client while also acting as interim general manager.

In his role as COO at Center Point Bio-Tech, King oversaw design and engineering of medical diagnostics and developed comprehensive staffing and vendor relationships. His illustrious background also encompasses senior finance roles at the prestigious Tropicana Entertainment, where he was instrumental in establishing SEC reporting functions. His previous achievements illustrate his capability, notably leading the sale of Companion Animal Practices North America for a staggering $516 million.

Alongside King, Heather Clayton brings nearly ten years of rich experience in building and scaling finance functions within dynamic, multi-entity organizations. Her remarkable ascent within the Vegas Golden Knights, from Controller to CFO, highlights her ability to develop robust accounting and finance infrastructures during rapid expansions. Clayton successfully steered the organization as it grew from two entities to thirteen in just over two years.

Her experience encompasses a range of finance roles, including significant positions at ASTOUND Group and American Casino and Entertainment Properties where she oversighted critical financial operations. As a CPA with a background in Managerial Economics and Accounting, she is well-equipped to guide BOXABL's financial foundation as the company continues to evolve.
