Following this, Lenny Singh, the current chairman and president of Ameren Illinois, will transition into the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ameren Corporation, as well as maintain his position as chairman and president of Ameren Services. Both Moehn and Singh will report to Martin J. Lyons Jr., the chairman, president, and CEO of Ameren Corporation. Patrick Smith Sr., who has been serving as the senior vice president of operations and technical services, will ascend to the role of chairman and president of Ameren Illinois, reporting to Moehn.

In addition, Shawn Schukar remains as chairman and president of Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois, where he has successfully driven significant value for customers and the company alike.
The leadership changes underscore Ameren’s forward-thinking approach, aiming to foster greater effectiveness and operational efficiency. Lyons noted, "This enhanced structure enables us to streamline decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and deliver consistent, high-quality service to our customers. It also reinforces our commitment to operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic growth across all areas of the business."
