onPhase Welcomes New Chief Revenue Officer
In a significant leadership move, onPhase, a pioneering integrated finance and operations platform, has appointed Jeff Zamczyk as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This announcement comes at a crucial time as the company aims to enhance its presence in the market, particularly among dealerships and mid-market finance teams. As CRO, Zamczyk will spearhead the sales, account management, and partnership initiatives, crucial for driving revenue and scaling the company’s operations.
Jeff Zamczyk brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having successfully built and led revenue organizations in past positions. Most recently, he was instrumental at Stampli, where he established the go-to-market strategies amidst its early stages and ascended to the position of Chief Revenue Officer. During his tenure, he played a vital role in transforming Stampli into a leading entity in finance automation, overseeing the launch of new products and effectively managing several funding rounds.
Before his impactful stint at Stampli, Zamczyk navigated the sales and customer success teams at EAT Club through impressive growth, eventually leading to its acquisition. His earlier career includes significant contributions at SuccessFactors—an SAP subsidiary—where his global mid-market sales teams consistently delivered superior results. At TriNet, Zamczyk was pivotal in building and scaling the sales division during a period of rapid expansion leading to an IPO.
Zamczyk expressed enthusiasm about joining onPhase, emphasizing the strength of its platform and its established connections within specific vertical markets and partner networks. He noted, "The foundation is in place for the next stage of growth. My focus is building a disciplined, predictable revenue engine, helping more customers put the full platform to work and expanding the partnerships that extend our reach."
His appointment marks a strategic step in onPhase’s ongoing investment in leadership that resonates with the needs of their customers. According to Robert Michlewicz, onPhase's CEO, Zamczyk’s proven record of creating scalable, predictable revenue models is why they entrusted him with this vital role. “Jeff brings deep experience building and scaling revenue organizations at high-growth companies, and he has earned the trust of finance leaders and the partners who serve them," he stated. Michlewicz also noted that Zamczyk's approach would be key as they strive to onboard more finance teams onto the platform and further develop their partner ecosystem.
Adding to this executive team dynamism, Zamczyk joins several recent high-profile appointments, including Chief Payments Officer Boyce Adams, Chief Product Officer Sudarshan Ranganath, Chief Customer Officer Heather Peterson, and Chief Financial Officer Kathryn Eskandarian. These strategic leadership additions reflect onPhase's commitment to enhancing its service and capacity to meet customer needs amid ongoing growth.
