The Essence of Kizake No.174 Yellow Iris
The chocolate featured in this exclusive release showcases Hakkaisan's
Kizake No.174 Yellow Iris. Hakkaisan Brewery has been producing premium sake since its establishment in 1922, utilizing the pure waters of the Hakkais Mountains and carefully selected rice. The result is a refined and smooth sake that exudes a rich aroma of tropical fruits, complemented by a pleasantly balanced sweetness and acidity.
The chocolate itself utilizes both milk and bitter varieties crafted from Colombian single-origin cacao, ensuring that the exquisite qualities of the Kizake are perfectly highlighted in each piece.
